Help! My husband is addicted to Starbucks Coffee!

Every Wednesday morning I meet my husband at our local Starbucks for breakfast. We really enjoy these quiet moments together and I look forward to Wed. morning every week! He always has his Bold coffee and I have a Tazo Chai Tea Latte and some kind of yummy pastry (I gotta try them all!). When do you become a Starbucks addict? My husband gets a Grande Coffee from Starbucks once a day, every day...the man loves his Starbucks. The other day my husband received a receipt that had an online survey on it. Question: How many times per month do you frequent Starbucks? He had to check the 26 or more box. I guess I won't protest...it's one of his few pleasures in life! Those little pleasures can add up, though $$$$ You may leave your coffee confessions here...I won't tell :-)

Fall is finally here....sort of...

Sadly, it still doesn't look like Fall here in the Dallas, TX area :-( Hopefully in a few weeks I will see the tree leaves turning to gorgeous shades of orange, yellow and brown. I've heard that some parts of the U.S. have seen snow and we are still enduring our 90 degree weather! I don't like cold weather...but some cooler weather would be welcomed.
I finally decorated my home with some Fall decorations last week. Most of my Fall/Halloween decorations are in storage right now since we are renting a home (until next year) but I didn't want to pack away the natural decorations...I was afraid that they would be ruined. I love to use natural decorations when I can and I found these fabulous "treated" real leaves at Hobby Lobby...a favorite store. Enjoy!

Fabulous Find of the day! More crystal chandeliers!

I have been super busy this week. I had a couple of custom orders and I needed to make a few Christmas cards for a website that I design cards for. Whew! I needed a break....
I had a nice outing today! I met my Mom for lunch at a local "home cooking" restaurant in Waxahachie, TX: The 1870 Chisholm Grill. I had yummy Grilled Jack Daniels Chicken Breast, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, green beans and delicious home-baked wheat bread! Of course my Mom and I had to split a piece of chocolate pie for dessert (we rarely skip desserts at our regular Friday lunches!). Are you hungry yet?
