Wonderful White Wednesday

I finally found some time to edit a few of my photos...yay! I thought it would be fun to share a few of my projects with you.
My coffee filter wreath is finally finished!  I hung it with some ribbon onto an old door.

{Copyright 2011 Julie L. Light}
This wreath was very easy to make but a little time-consuming.  I hot glued the coffee filter roses to the grapevine wreath form.  Later I sponged tea onto the coffee filters to age it a little bit.  Sponging the tea onto the wreath gave me more control and allowed some of the natural white color to show through.

I love these plantation shutters.  I clipped vintage photos, postcards, etc. to the shutters with some of my papered and glittered clothespins {available in my Etsy shop}There are a couple of cool old photos of my Dad.

The chair cushions are from Ross.  I think I paid $5.99 each?  I love the colors.

Some beautiful random photos that I love:

Have a fabulous White Wednesday!

That's the one thing I haven't done yet with my wreath, the tea staining. I tend to be heavy handed, LOL, so I've been putting off doing it but I need as mine is too white :)

LOVE the shutters. I spied some used ones the other day but they were $40?!?! Not frugal so I didn't buy them!

I'll find some . . . come on garage sale weather!!!

Julie, your coffee filter wreath is such a unique use of coffee filters. I love it! And, You've placed all of your finds fabulously in your dining room! I have a bit of good jealousy in me towards crafty/creative people! By the way, Happy St. Patricks Day!
